Cynthia Lombard is an African American Author, Motivational Speaker, Mentor and Blogger with a passion to inspire, encourage women, and give God glory through her Journey of healing.
A liberal arts graduate of California State University Dominguez Hills, Cynthia is the author of two books: Revelation at Cliff House and The Heart Chronicles. She also serves on the board of the non-profit, Ebony and Pink Pearls: An organization dedicated to mentoring young girls ages 13 – 18, in the power of prayer, the importance of purity, and walking in discovering their God-given purpose.
She enjoys speaking at Women’s conferences, women’s empowerment lunches, churches, and has lead a Women’s Ministry called Virtuous Women of Excellence, in which she mentored young women on how to conduct themselves in a Christ-like manner.
In 2003 she suffered a life changing heart attack. And at the age of 41 she learned of an illness she was born with: SCAD – Spontaneous Coronary Artery Dissection. It is that journey that inspired her second book The Heart Chronicles and the founding of She is Still Standing a Women’s Empowerment tea. A platform where women can tell their stories of overcoming obstacles that life has thrown them and how anything is possible by the grace of God.
“I also want to encourage women to start talking because I believe in there’s healing in sharing.”
Cynthia is a wife of over 30 years, a mother of two adult daughters, and a member of Zion Temple Community Church in Los Angeles, California – Reverend Vince Holmes Pastor.
